Wah!, international music star, will present Kirtan for our bliss and rejuvenation. Wah! will use her deep understanding of music and healing to create profound and transformative events. She was the first female to bring kirtan music [call-and-response chanting from India] to the West in the 1990’s, so we're so excited to hear from her.
Sandra Summerfield Kozak, M.S. E-RYT® 500, YACEP® will lead us through effective ways to approach your asana practice, specific to each dosha. We'll learn a practice to quickly reduce excess Vata, which has built up for many of us in the wake of the trauma of these times. .
Lakshmi Tracy Cunningham, Ayurveda practitioner, will highlight some of the Ancestral Herbs and her learning on how to grow and care for them. She will focus on spring choices for herbs as this is the time to start getting seeds in the ground or in a pot.
