You knew what to say. So why did you hold it back?
You feel something true. Then the moment comes, and you soften it. You trim it. Sometimes you swallow it whole.
Do that often enough and it starts to feel normal. You may not even notice how much of you never makes it out loud.
Chloë Goodchild has spent decades on a simple idea. Your voice can reach your feelings before your mind finds the words. In this free event, she shows you how to use that, in real time.
Why does this matter now?
Most of us spend our days editing. We polish emails. We keep the peace at dinner. We pick safe words in meetings. The mind stays busy, and the body keeps the rest.
That unspoken material doesn’t disappear. It can show up as tension, overthinking, or a quiet sense that you’re not fully yourself.
Many people search for how to release emotions and end up with more reading and more thinking. This event offers something different: a body-based way in, using the one instrument you already carry everywhere.
Who is this good for?
- People who hold back what they really think or feel
- Anyone who has been told they “can’t sing” and believed it
- Overthinkers who want to get out of their heads and into their bodies
- Seekers exploring throat chakra healing through a grounded, practical lens
- Coaches, teachers, and healers who use their voice every day
- Sound healing fans who want to make the sound, not just receive it
What you’ll experience
A guided somatic voice work practice you can feel in your body, with no performing required- Simple tools like breath, tone, and vibration to move from racing thoughts to present awareness
- A new relationship with your healing voice, one that’s less about sounding right and more about listening
- Clearer access to your intuition as the mental noise settles
- More ease in speaking with your authentic voice, including the complicated feelings
The featured practice: Feel the Healing Medicine in Your Voice
Chloë leads a 3-part practice built on vocal toning and deep listening.
1. Listen inward. Notice what you’re feeling right now.
2. Give it sound. Let the feeling become a tone, not a performance.
3. Rest in silence. Hear what your sound leaves behind.
Medicine you access, not medicine you take
In Chloë’s approach, voice healing starts with presence. You drop the old stories about how you sound. You stop chasing the “correct” note. You pay attention to what you actually need.
She blends ancient practices, like chanting for healing, with modern natural voice work. It’s a fresh take on emotional release, and finding your voice becomes something you feel, not something you figure out.
