Why this matters now
We live in a culture that hands out expert opinions faster than a Google search can load. Ask five people for advice and you will get five answers, often before you have finished the question. It is easy to mistake all that noise for wisdom.
Mary Sise, a pioneer in energy psychology, teaches that most of us learned early to override our own perceptions and look outside ourselves for the right answer. That conditioning does not disappear with affirmations or years of inner work. It has to be cleared. Learning how to trust yourself again starts with recognizing the specific beliefs that keep you asking everyone but yourself.
Who this event is good for
This free event is for anyone who has felt a clear inner “yes” or “no,” then talked themselves out of it within minutes. It is especially useful for empaths, intuitives, and helping professionals who trust their perception for other people but hesitate to trust it for themselves. If you find yourself collecting outside opinions before you will act on your own knowing, this is built for you.
What you will experience
A guided EFT tapping practice to quiet mental chatter and settle your nervous system- The four common subconscious beliefs that quietly erode self-trust
- Why intelligent, capable people still lose confidence in their own inner knowing
- How to receive input from teachers, readings, or other opinions without handing over your inner authority
- A first step toward a steadier, more trusting relationship with yourself
Featured practice: EFT tapping for nervous system regulation
EFT, often called tapping, pairs light pressure on specific points on the body with a spoken focus. Many people use it to settle a busy mind and ease into a calmer state. In this session, Mary will guide a short tapping practice designed to quiet mental noise so the deeper knowing underneath it becomes easier to hear.
