I have been a practicing Hypnotherapist for over 35 years. My very first experience of Hypnotherapy, was on the receiving end 40 years ago ! The incredible Dr Jack Gibson of Naas, got me off cigarettes back then - permanently !
I myself learned the healing art of Hypnotherapy, mainly through intuition & experience. However, I also studied under the NLP "gurus" Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Like every modern hypnotherapist, I was also inspired by the work of the late Milton Erickson. But I mostly owe Dr Dave Dobson of St Juan Island (near Seattle)...who inadvertantly "kick-started" me into this way of working, more than thirty-five years ago.
Combining my experience of both Management Training and Hypnosis, I have also developed my own unique form of Executive Coaching. It's called Hypno-Coaching
