Did you know that digestive issues, fatigue, joint pain, mood swings, and a sense of stagnation could all be symptoms of poor liver Qi, according to ancient Chinese wisdom?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, your liver is connected to all of your emotions — and is essential for all parts of your body to operate in harmony, according to the dynamic Qigong Grand Master Nan Lu
When your liver Qi flows more efficiently, it revitalizes your energy levels, optimizes your digestion, and encourages flexibility and comfort in your muscles and joints.
You’re invited to join The Shift Network for Master Lu’s hour-long event on Tuesday, July 30 as he introduces you to Wu Ming Qigong to elevate your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and enhance your quality of life. He will mainly focus on intentional movements to encourage the optimal flow of liver Qi.

This system of Qigong practice is based on ancient Chinese tradition — and it’s focused on the cultivation of personal Qi (your life force) through refined movements and meditative exercises — without control of the breath.
During the event, you’ll experience Wu Ming Qigong principles in action during a guided practice, “The Power of Qi Circles,” — to begin to bring your liver Qi function back into flow so your overall health can return.
As your liver Qi comes back into balance, the Qi Circles practice helps you experience the profound truth that you’re a child of the universe, part of the never-ending circle of life.
During this Qi Circles practice, Master Lu will guide you step-by-step to unlock your wrist, elbow, shoulder, and waist — until your entire body moves with the grace of oneness, just as you operate as part of the universe itself.
Join Master Lu to learn how to balance your liver Qi and access deep inner healing with the power of Wu Ming Qigong — and experience peace, calm, and a sense of flow with its slow, rhythmic movements.
I hope you’ll join the event as scheduled on Tuesday, July 30. But if you register for the event and miss it, you’ll receive a full-length recording soon after it concludes.
Register here now through September 3rd, 2024
