Why This Matters Right Now
You have likely made a decision that felt completely right in the moment, only to look back later and wonder why. Maybe you said yes when something inside you wanted to say no. Maybe you chased an opportunity that looked like success and left you feeling empty instead.
Modern-day philosopher and social entrepreneur Nitesh Gor believes those moments are not random. They are clues to hidden forces shaping your choices, and once you can name them, you can work with them instead of being run by them.
In this free event, Nitesh introduces a conscious decision-making framework drawn from the Bhagavad Gita: the Three Modes of Ignorance, Passion, and Goodness. These are not personality types or labels. They are shifting states of consciousness that influence how you lead, communicate, work, and respond to opportunity and challenge.
Who This Is For
This event is a fit if you recognize yourself in any of these:
- You want a practical framework for spiritual leadership, not another vague call to “trust your intuition.”
- You have made choices that looked like progress but quietly pulled you off course.
- You lead a team, business, or family and want more integrity in leadership without losing your ambition.
- You are drawn to Vedic wisdom and the Bhagavad Gita but want it translated into something usable today.
- You feel a version of decision making anxiety around choices that matter and want a calmer way through it.
In This Free Event, You Will
- Learn two practical diagnostic questions you can apply to any decision, to uncover what is really driving it and where it is likely to lead.
- Understand why the same person can act with integrity in one moment and self-interest in the next, without shame or self-judgment.
- Explore why the Mode of Passion can feel like momentum while quietly leading you off course, so you can tell urgency apart from choices that create lasting fulfillment.
- See how ignorance, in the Vedic sense, is less about intelligence and more about unconscious compliance you can become aware of and interrupt.
- Begin making decisions with more intention and awareness, in your work, your leadership, and your relationships.
The Practice You Can Use Today
During the event, Nitesh will guide you through a live reflective practice using a real decision you are facing right now. Rather than asking whether something simply feels right, you will learn to ask two deeper questions: what is motivating this choice, and what is the far-reaching outcome. It is a small shift that can change the direction a decision sets in motion.
