The Practice: Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Through Grounding Meditation
Wendy will lead attendees through a live grounding meditation designed to strengthen the root, sacral, and solar plexus energy centers, the seat of safety, personal power, and belonging. Part of the work involves a shift many empaths have never been taught: learning to feel supported from the back body instead of constantly leaning forward into the front body, scanning for what someone else needs next. That forward lean is often where the overwhelm lives. Restoring the back-body connection gives your energy somewhere to rest.
