Symptoms of Trauma

When I was very new to recovery, I was always in unhealthy, co-dependent relationships. I continuously attracted the same type of guy even though he looked different each time. That is a symptom of trauma that I wasn’t aware of. Fortunately, in the Living Light Program, you don’t have to relive the trauma to heal it.

Other symptoms of trauma are:

• Addiction: drugs, alcohol, recurring challenging relationships, shopping, eating (over and restrictive), repetitive negative thoughts, etc.
• Risky relationships: unprotected sex, one night stands, abusive, unavailable people (married or unavailable-emotionally or physically distant)
• Self-destructive behavior: driving too fast, drinking too much, uncontrollable gambling
• Constant anxiety and stress that never seems to go away-always on alert.

The Living Light programs came to be from the healing journey that I took as a survivor of sexual violence and trauma.

I knew there was something more to life than the suffering, pain, and lack I was experiencing. Ultimately it was a spiritual awakening that occurred. I was awakened to my true Self.

The Living Light programs are based on the philosophy that we are all here to awaken from the ego-mind, the voice that puts us down keeps us small, degrades us, and perpetuates pain, lack, fear, guilt, and shame. In truth, we are beautiful infinite beings of Love, Light, Peace, Joy, and Abundance and are meant to live this every day of our lives.

About the programs:

Each session is one hour long. We will meet by phone or Zoom so it’s available worldwide from the comfort, safety and convenience of home. There is work to do in between sessions. As I’ve dedicated myself to my healing, I ask that you be ready to step into the time and discipline necessary to make lasting changes in your life. I assure you it is worth it!

This is a 1:1 program, curated for each individual to allow for optimal physical healing and spiritual awakening. It consists of a total of eight 1:1 sessions with me on phone or Zoom. Depending on what is needed, I will facilitate an energy medicine healing, wisdom coaching session or both.

Each Light Box contains:

What is Distance Energy Healing?

Simply put, distance energy healing is when a person at one location sends energy to a person at another location that affects change.

“Spooky Action at a Distance”

“Spooky action at a distance” is how Albert Einstein described Quantum Entanglement Theory while working on the experiments chronicled in his 1935 paper, Can Quantum-Mechanical Description of Physical Reality Be Considered Complete?

Einstein and his colleagues were intrigued by the strange effects of quantum mechanics. Researchers entangled particles, then separated and placed them at a distance from each other. No matter the distance, when one of the former entangled pair was manipulated, the other instantly moved to a matching state. They were physically separated, but somehow still connected.

Everything is Energy

All objects in the universe, including human bodies, are composed of energy. That energy is the foundation of all matter, and exchanges with everything else. The same energy that composes one person, composes all people. Energy is always flowing, always changing.

How does a distance energy session with me work?

As you can see from the information in the above article, energy is present throughout the universe and we are all made up of it and connected through energy. Distance energy healing is an energy exchange channeled through me to you no matter where we are or how far apart we are.

During a remote Reiki healing session, I connect with you by creating a healing space “between” us, intending to send energy to activate and balance, release negative energy and/or cut cords that no longer serve…among other things. This rebalances the energy field and reinstates health allowing for your energy system to take over in maintaining health as well as mental and emotional well-being
