During this phase, in the Surf Camp, you will:
- Receive personal attention at all times, with individual feedback provided throughout each session.
- Learn how to paddle and how to stand up on your board.
- Learn the critical instructions for water safety.
- Learn to read the waves correctly.
- Learn the rules of surfing to enjoy and have fun in the water.
- Learn to have fun and play in the learning process.
- Get fresh air, and ground yourself in black volcanic sand to help you recenter and relax.
- The results will vary daily as you get used to the practice and develop your skills and adjust to the new habits.
During this phase, in the Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork, you will:
- Receive personal attention at all times, with individual feedback provided throughout each session.
- Learn different breathwork practices and their benefits.
- Learn a yoga flow so that you can continue practicing it at home.
- Learn to listen to your body and connect with it through breathing and yoga practice.
- Learn a mobility flow that you can use before and after the surf lessons.
- Practice meditation to improve memory, attention, mood, immune system function, sleep, and creativity.
We designed this phase to improve physical activity and boost mental health. Adopt a playful mindset and, of course, have fun while participating in this retreat, and this will do the trick. It’s easy: Just try to have fun like you did when you were a kid.
