Crystal Singing Bowls Event Overview
In this free, one-hour online experience, Sara Auster guides participants through a restorative crystalline sound bath using crystal singing bowls. Rather than approaching meditation as a mental technique, this session centers on listening itself as the practice. As tones rise, fade, and dissolve into silence, participants are invited to sense vibration through the entire body.
The experience highlights how sound interacts with breath, awareness, and the nervous system. Sara weaves mindful guidance with extended periods of immersive sound, allowing the body to naturally unwind and settle. The session emphasizes the relationship between sound and silence, showing how both support integration, presence, and rest. No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is required.

Why This Matters Now
In a culture marked by constant stimulation, speed, and cognitive overload, many people struggle to access true rest. Sound-based practices offer a direct, body-centered way to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with presence. This event provides an accessible, restorative experience that does not require prior training—meeting people exactly where they are and offering a practical pathway back to calm and clarity.
