Explore a NeuroSomatic path back to bliss, curiosity, creativity & joy. Reinvigorate your life with embodiment practices & mindful movement
How might your life be different if you had far more energy and a genuine sense of delight over even simple pleasures?
The key to reigniting your vibrancy and revitalizing your life force may already be within you, waiting to be set free.
According to Rachel Fleischman, licensed social worker, psychotherapist, and founder of Dance Your Bliss, your body holds a deep reservoir of energy and wisdom…
… and she’s standing by to help you access that well and channel its gifts into every aspect of your life — through a powerful healing approach known as Neurosomatics.
Join her for a free hour-long event on Thursday, March 6…The NeuroSomatics of Bliss: A Therapeutic Somatic Approach for Reenergizing Your Body & Revitalizing Your Life Force
… where she’ll help you find a pathway back to curiosity, wonder, and awe, with an effective blend of mindful movement, creative expression, and embodied awareness, and breathwork practices designed to rewire your brain for more blissful states.
Through her NeuroSomatic techniques, you can stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system (relax, rest, and restore) in ways that release tension and increase neuroplasticity, which can lead to healing, adaptability, and ease.
These exercises will help you build resilience and experience radical self-acceptance and an extraordinary sense of joy, while reconnecting with your body and anchoring you firmly in the present moment…
… creating a sanctuary of emotional and physical safety in which you can rediscover and amplify your capacity for happiness and healing.
You can register here for The NeuroSomatics of Bliss
