It is possible to become pain-free with mindful somatic movement for pain prevention & enhanced wellbeing
Whether it’s chronic headaches, backaches, knee issues, or hip discomfort — do you continue to suffer from pain no matter which solutions you try?
Once you understand where pain comes from, you can change your experience and finally get some pain relief, says pioneering craniosacral bodyworker and teacher Steve Haines.
Pain goes far beyond a physical problem. It’s your nervous system’s reflex to shield you from perceived danger, says Steve.

He’ll share a daily mindfulness, movement, and stress-reduction practice toolkit to help ease your pain and enhance your overall well-being.
When Steve received his chiropractic training decades ago, he found that the purely structural models of pain he’d been taught also limited his ability to help his patients.
With a background in yoga, shiatsu, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy states, Steve developed and refined his trailblazing approach to understanding pain that has already helped thousands worldwide.
Steve’s rich scientific work helps disassemble, piece by piece, the way we’ve come to think about pain as a culture.
Develop a pain-free mindset. Whether you’re suffering from chronic pain or are a teacher or practitioner who wants to understand pain in the context of your work, you won’t want to miss this fascinating—and deeply healing—new event with Steve Haines.
