Qi is the commander of the Blood.
Blood is the mother of the Qi.
Do you struggle with fatigue or lower energy?
Sifu Scott Jensen, highly respected Qigong master and healer, tells us something that you might be surprised to hear.
Undiagnosed anemia is more widespread than most people realize, and could be quietly draining your Qi — your life-force energy — leaving you feeling like you’re stuck in a body that’s sluggish and simply not functioning well enough to experience the vitality, clarity, and joy you know is possible.
Sifu Jensen teaches a particular approach to Qigong practice that centers around building and enriching your blood so it can more powerfully direct the flow of Qi to every cell, organ, and physiological process in your body…
… supporting the rejuvenation, repair, and recovery your body needs to run at optimal capacity.
