We’ll also examine the images and beliefs that might hold you back from healing, expressing unconditional love, enjoying life, creativity, honoring your uniqueness, etc.
During a healing, I establish a foundation and then am guided to more advanced techniques. Regular healing sessions and follow-up calls allow your system to process and adjust to a more balanced flow. Healing isn’t just a one-time adventure. It takes commitment and a willingness to navigate through some storms to experience the ease and beauty on the other side.
Hello! I’m Sarah Jo. My spiritual healing began about a decade ago when I reevaluated my life's direction and decided to change. I discovered that I had closed off parts of myself due to perceived expectations from others. Through guidance from a life coach, I was introduced to holistic healing, which transformed my perspective. I completed training in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, unconditional love, parenting, child development, and other spiritual practices, leading me to a new way of being. The joy of self-discovery felt like uncovering a treasure trove within. Accessing more of myself provided a solid foundation to support myself and my loved ones.
Then, I experienced energy healing, and with every session, I move closer to a more authentic way of being. Although there are challenging moments, I’ve discovered that healing and tapping into my wisdom creates even more space just to be me. I’m thankful for a healer who challenges me while offering unconditional love and support.
The power of healing inspired me to train with a Master Healer. I received a certificate in The Art of Human Energetics (based in Brennan Healing Sciences, which combines hands-on healing with spiritual and psychological processes). When your energy field is cleared of energies that no longer serve you, balanced for more harmony, and charged with more of who you are at your core, a space opens, and things come forward to heal. Having someone to discuss the situation with, hold the energy, and be with you during challenging emotions, while guiding you to your inner wisdom and loving you unconditionally, is where healing jumps to the next level.
I’m in the Advanced Studies portion of my training. This aspect dives even deeper into the psychological and spiritual aspects of healing, helping me better understand the root causes of issues so I can guide you toward more profound healing experiences. It's about acknowledging why we do things the way we do and asking ourselves if we want to continue doing it that way. What does your inner wisdom tell you?
