Reiki therapy promotes health and well-being, reduces stress, and encourages relaxation through a guided visualization of the chakras. Chakras are the seven energy centers located from the crown of the head along the spinal column to base of the spine. My Virtual Reiki Energy Sessions can help with feelings of low energy, imbalance, insecurity, fear, and powerlessness. I will take you on a guided meditation as the chakras are cleared, energy is released, and the flow returns resulting in healing and clarity as the body, mind, soul, and spirit are re-balanced. When I found Reiki, I found my path in life.
Hypnosis Is A Healing Art Based On Scientific Methods: Guided Hypnosis can help you achieve a comfortable state of relaxation much like meditation as we open your subconscious to accept the positive reinforcement statements that I provide. The state of hypnosis does not control the subconscious. Rather, it allows for more involved internal communications. Health and disease are not just physical states. As thoughts can influence the body on a cellular level, it follows then, that pain related to medical conditions and anxieties reflected in the mind can respond well to hypnosis.
